TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEB PLATFORM FOR THE SALE OF TICKETS FOR SERVICES OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF STATE PROTECTED WILDLIFE AREAS (SNASPE).


FIRST: GENERAL CONDITIONS.

The National Forestry Corporation, hereinafter ”CONAF” or ”Corporation”, indistinctly, is a private law corporation, under the Ministry of Agriculture, whose mission is ”To contribute to the sustainable management of native forests, xerophytic formations and forest plantations through the functions of promotion, oversight of forestry-environmental legislation and the protection of vegetation resources, as well as the conservation of biological diversity through the National System of State Wildlife Protected Areas, for the benefit of society.”

In order to improve the experience of visiting the Wildlife Protected Areas administered by CONAF, a system of ticket sales and service reservations for the National System of State Wildlife Protected Areas, hereinafter SNASPE, has been developed and made available to the public and third parties.

The ”User” or ”Visitor” is suggested, for these purposes, to read carefully the terms and conditions governing the use of CONAF's web platform, together with the scope of purchase of the ticket or electronic ticket, hereinafter ”pass/s”

By purchasing the pass through the Corporation's web platform, the Visitor accepts the conditions set forth in this document, expressing full compliance with them.

In case of using the web platform www.pasesparques.cl for the sale of passes for the National System of Protected Wildlife Areas, it is mandatory for the User to complete the registration form in all its fields with valid data in order to purchase the online services provided on the platform by CONAF. Indicating that the information provided is reliable and in case of being detected an alteration or fraud on it, it will be denied access to the corresponding unit.

Access to this platform is restricted by security passwords for each of the Users, so the Visitor is responsible for all operations carried out on his/her profile.

SECOND: CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEB PLATFORM.

The User of the National Forestry Corporation's web platform agrees to use it exclusively for personal purposes

The purpose of the Corporation's web platform is to make available to Users:

  • Information regarding the sale of tickets for State Protected Wildlife Areas; and

  • A system for purchasing tickets for the same, according to the conditions defined for each event.

THIRD: CONDITIONS OF SALE.

The purchase of passes to the State Protected Wildlife Areas made by the User are nominative and non-transferable and shall be used on the day and place selected, according to the validity and term indicated in the conditions of the specific tariff of the Unit. The resale of tickets to these sites is absolutely forbidden

The advance purchase of the ticket does not imply a preferential treatment or access to the facilities, but it does improve the visitor's experience by allowing a more fluid and expeditious access to the Unit being visited.

The final price to be paid for each ticket purchased through the web platform will be made up of the base price of the ticket together with the operational costs, depending on the State Protected Wildlife Area to be visited.

The web platform allows the visitor to save the progress of the purchase process, therefore, it is recommended to carefully review the details of your order before confirming the purchase.

The transaction will be subject to verification by the company issuing the bank card or other means of payment chosen by the User.

A transaction will not be considered complete until CONAF receives the authorization and the transfer from the respective financial institution. In the event that CONAF does not receive such confirmation, the purchase will be cancelled and the transaction will be without effect.

The User will be obliged to carry the pass, ticket or entry containing the QR code, either printed or in some digital media. This code is displayed directly on CONAF's web platform and has no additional costs for the User, and must be presented at the access control to the State Protected Wildlife Area, along with the identity card or passport of each person.

The User who purchases the ticket through the web platform will receive in the registered email address, in addition to the ticket(s) purchased, an electronic ticket that shows the total amount of the purchase made, as proof of the transaction.

The sale of tickets on the platform may be conditioned to the availability of entrance quotas for the day you wish to visit the selected State Protected Wildlife Area.

CONAF disclaims any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of operation of the web portal.

The User is responsible for purchasing the tickets of the corresponding tariff segment (number of days, age range, national or foreigner, special discounts). In case the User shows up at the entrance of the unit with a ticket different from the one that corresponds to him/her, this ticket will be null and void, without the right to a refund. In order to enter the unit, the User must purchase the ticket that corresponds to his/her segment, using the platform www.pasesparques.cl or the means indicated at the ticket office.

The User is responsible for purchasing tickets for the corresponding fare segment (number of days, age range, national or foreign, special discounts). In the event that the User shows up at the entrance of the unit with a ticket different from the one that corresponds to them, this ticket will be void, without the right to a refund. To enter the unit, the User must purchase the ticket that corresponds to their segment, using the platform www.aspticket.cl or the means indicated at the gate

FOURTH: CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A help service is made available to Users in order to answer any questions they may have regarding the terms and conditions, as well as to provide alternative solutions to those problems that arise with the services provided by the sale of tickets through the web platform.

Users can make use of the service by sending an email through forms available on the web platform www.pasesparques.cl in charge of the company Chiletur.

FIFTH: USER OBLIGATIONS.

The User shall be responsible for the veracity of the data provided to CONAF, as well as for updating or modifying them. In case it is verified that the data does not correspond to the User who wishes to enter the unit, the last paragraph of the third point above (Conditions of Sale) must be followed

It is the sole responsibility of the User to be informed of the weather and safety conditions at the time of visiting the State Protected Wildlife Areas. In addition to having a state of health compatible with the activities to be carried out in the units, as well as having the appropriate equipment and safety equipment to carry out such activities, it is the sole responsibility of the User to be informed about the weather and safety conditions at the time of visiting the Wildlife Protected Areas.

Visitors to the Protected Wildlife Area are obliged to keep their QR code available at all times, both at the entrance to the unit and in the different sectors, since it may be required at any time by the Park Rangers.

The visitor is obliged to activate his QR code check in and check out respectively.

SIXTH: EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY.

The National Forestry Corporation will ensure that the information contained in the web platform is complete, accurate and updated. However, it is not in a position to guarantee the completeness, accuracy or validity of all the information offered. Therefore, CONAF disclaims, in accordance with the regulations governing the matter, any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the presence of viruses or the presence of other elements in the contents that may cause alterations in the computer system, electronic documents or files of the users.

It does not guarantee an error-free and uninterrupted service and does not ensure or guarantee any specific result from the use of the web platform.

In cases of inaccuracies or errors, CONAF reserves the right to correct or make any changes without prior notice.

CONAF is not responsible for damages or injuries suffered by Users or third parties during the development of the visit to the different State Protected Wildlife Areas.

It is also not responsible for expenses incurred by Users for the purchase, assistance and/or modification and cancellation of any ticket.

In case of necessity, fortuitous event or force majeure, CONAF may cancel the sale of tickets to the different State Wildlife Protected Areas in order to safeguard and protect the ecosystems present in these areas and the safety of its workers and visitors.

The cancellation of the ticket will be notified to the User through a notice to the email registered in the web platform, in addition to being published on the web platform of such situation.

Regarding free services or exemptions that could be provided in each of the units attached to the platform, they could suffer cancellation or modification of conditions and in which case these changes or adjustments do not entitle the User to compensation from CONAF, therefore it is suggested that the User is informed in advance in the respective Unit that he/she wishes to visit.

SEVENTH: DEMANDING ACTIVITIES AND HEALTH CONDITIONS.

These terms and conditions establish the health and safety requirements for those visitors who will participate in physically demanding activities in the different State Wildlife Protected Areas. There are risks involved in these activities, and it is crucial that visitors comply with these provisions to ensure their own safety and that of others.

  • Physical Fitness Evaluation: Before participating in demanding activities, visitors should evaluate their physical fitness and ensure that they are able to carry out the activity without putting their health at risk.

  • Experience and Skills Required: Participants must have the experience and skills necessary to perform the specific high-demanding activity for which they are registering. Novice visitors are strongly advised to seek appropriate guidance and training before participating in advanced activities.

  • Risk Assessment: Participants should be aware of the risks associated with high-demanding activities and accept responsibility for their own safety. It is recommended that weather conditions and park alerts be reviewed prior to activity.

  • Adequate Equipment: All participants must carry appropriate equipment in good working order for the specific activity. Safety equipment, such as helmets, harnesses, and ropes, must be used according to the manufacturer's recommendations and safety standards.

  • Prior Medical Evaluation: Participants must undergo a prior medical evaluation if they have any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to perform the high-demanding activity.

  • Specific Medical Conditions: Participants must inform guides or park staff of any specific medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may require attention during the activity.

  • Following Staff Instructions: Participants must follow the instructions of park staff and guides at all times. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen situations, participants must abide by staff decisions to ensure everyone's safety.

  • Notification of Health Changes: Participants must notify park staff of any changes in their health status during the activity, especially if it affects their ability to continue.

  • Responsible Use of Natural Resources: Participants are expected to respect and protect the natural environment, avoiding unnecessary damage to the flora and fauna of the park.

  • Modifications to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions may be modified to adapt to changing circumstances. Participants should regularly review any updates.

REFUND AND/OR REISSUE POLICY OF THE WEB PLATFORM FOR THE SALE OF TICKETS FOR SERVICES OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF STATE PROTECTED WILDLIFE AREAS (SNASPE).


FIRST: REFUND AND/OR REISSUE POLICY.

CONAF expressly declares that no refunds will be made once the purchase process has been completed. For this reason, we invite Users to carefully review this return policy and the details of their request, before confirming the purchase.

The above statement is in accordance with the provisions of article 3 bis, letter b) of law number 19.496, On Protection of Consumer Rights.

In the event that the State Protected Wildlife Area must be closed due to force majeure (natural or anthropogenic catastrophes such as: volcanic eruptions, floods, landslides, earthquakes, forest fires, etc.), or by sanitary disposition of the supervising entity, we will proceed to refund 100% of the amounts collected or reissue to our Users, after validation, authorization and coordination by CONAF.

Requirement to make the request is that the entry is total, i.e. for the refund if the user has already made his entry to the unit does not correspond refund.

PRIVACY POLICY OF THE WEB PLATFORM FOR THE SALE OF TICKETS FOR SERVICES IN STATE PROTECTED WILDLIFE AREAS (SNASPE).


FIRST: PRIVACY AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION.

CONAF will not disclose the Visitor's information to which it has access as a result of the purchase of tickets to the PSAs it manages.

The Corporation uses advanced technology for the protection of the information provided by the Users against the interception of the information provided through the Internet, including credit cards and e-mail addresses.

All available security measures have been implemented to protect the personal data required from Users using the web platform.

The National Forestry Corporation carries out a data processing process in order to enter into an agreement with the User for the purchase and sale of tickets to the State Protected Wildlife Areas offered on the web platform and freely chosen by the User.

In order to carry out the aforementioned transaction, CONAF stores the User's personal data, subject to his/her consent, regarding his/her nationality, full name, national identity card, address, telephone number, date of birth, gender and e-mail address.

No data related to the means of payment used by the User to celebrate the purchase and sale of tickets for the State Protected Wildlife Areas of our country will be stored.

The use of personal data registered in the web platform has the sole purpose of validating purchase orders and improving the information and marketing of the services provided by the Corporation. Such data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances; the data must be requested through the respective form.

The User's information will not be used for purposes other than those stated in this instrument.

It is hereby stated that CONAF will protect the personal data of users in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Privacy.
